Bio

Clarke joined Atlantic Union Equipment Finance in December 2019 as Vice President and Regional Director for the Mid-Atlantic Region (VA, MD, NC). With 25 years in financial services – many at a senior level -- he brings a wealth of knowledge and business acumen to our team of equipment finance experts.

Although well-versed in all areas of equipment finance, including structuring and interest rate pricing, he specializes in new business development. “Clients need to know that they have an ally working alongside them,” he says. “Successful deals happen when there is trust and open communication and that’s what we strive for.”

Clarke holds a BBA from Virginia Commonwealth University’s School of Business and is also a member of the Virginia Trucking Association, the North Carolina Trucking Association, and the Hanover Rotary.

A native Virginian, when he’s not helping clients, he enjoys golf, skiing, and spending time with his family.
