The 3.25% Annual Percentage Rate (APR) assumes a bank obtained credit score of 720 or greater, a loan amount between $50,000 - $150,000, a 15-year (180 months) repayment term, a maximum of 80% loan to value, and includes a 0.25% APR discount for automatic deduction of monthly payments from an Atlantic Union Bank checking account. For example, the monthly principal and interest payment on a $100,000 loan for 15 years (180 months) at a simple fixed interest rate of 3.25% is $702.67, which does not include amounts for taxes and insurance; the actual payment obligation will be greater. Some loans may require an escrow account for the payment of taxes and insurance.
Other rates and terms are available. Actual terms received will vary based upon repayment term, creditworthiness, the amount borrowed, and other factors. The APR is a fixed rate and currently ranges from 3.00% to 8.78%, based on the factors previously mentioned. Interest rates offered may change based on market conditions. All offers are subject to credit approval. Offer may not be available for existing Atlantic Union Bank Equity Line or Loan customers. Bank will pay closing costs for non-purchase Home Equity Loans which includes the first property valuation obtained by Atlantic Union Bank, and other fees which generally range from $150 to $2,000.
