Paid Parental Leave
Atlantic Union Bank cares about you and your family. That is why we offer Paid Parental Leave to birth and non-birth parents following the birth or adoption of a child. This program coordinates with the Short Term Disability (STD) plan and runs concurrently with the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
Your professional development is encouraged and supported. Atlantic Union Bank will reimburse you for eligible tuition expenses up to $5,000 annually.
