Privacy

We will never call, email or text asking for sensitive account information like your account number, password, PIN or one-time code. If you receive a call or message from someone claiming to be from Atlantic Union Bank, end the conversation and call us directly at 800.990.4828 to verify that we are trying to reach you.

Digital Banking Tools

In Online and Mobile Banking, we offer a variety of tools so you can stay on top of your accounts. If we detect inactivity after you log in, the session will automatically timeout to keep your account private. You can also enable account notifications to alert you to unusual activity or when you’re reaching certain limits. If you lose or misplace your debit card, you can also easily lock it from within the app.

We offer a variety of services to help keep your accounts safe including dual administration, dual controls, Positive Pay and active wire monitoring.
