Say hello to Will Napper, our new SVP of Government Contracting.
Will Napper joins Atlantic Union Bank with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, having held various roles in both retail and commercial banking. Most recently, Will served as a commercial banker with JPMorgan Chase where he played a pivotal role in establishing the national Aerospace, Defense, & Government Services practice. In this capacity, he supported privately owned federal government contractors in the middle market advising them on capital alternatives and growth strategies tailored to navigate the unique challenges within the sector.
An established Gov Con professional, Will actively engages with various industry organizations and serves on the Greater Washington Government Contractor Awards nomination committee.
Will holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Howard University.
As a Hampton, VA native with ties to Richmond, VA, Will is excited about the opportunity to join a bank that is headquartered in his home state and dedicated to supporting the Mid-Atlantic community.
