The Atlantic Union Bank Home Loans team may be able to help you realize the dream of being a homeowner. There are two grants available, designed for qualified borrowers who could use extra assistance when buying a home.

For Qualified First-Time Homebuyers

  • Up to a $12,500* grant per household 
  • Homebuyer must contribute at least $1,000 toward the home purchase

For People Serving Our Local Communities

  • Up to a $15,000* grant per household for current or retired law enforcement officers, educators, health care workers, firefighters or other first-responders, veterans, active-duty members of the U.S. military or their surviving spouse and other essential workers
  • First-time and non-first-time homebuyers are eligible
  • Homebuyer must contribute at least $1,000 toward the home purchase
