Lock-and-Shop Program

Guarantee today’s rates.

Get a guaranteed interest rate for 60 days.

If you’re shopping for your home but concerned where mortgage interest rates will be by the time you have a contract, we have a great worry-free option to help you get the lowest rate. Our Lock-and-Shop Program can lock in and guarantee your interest rate for 60 days. If rates decrease, you may be eligible to take advantage of a lower rate with no float-down fee.

All you have to do is get pre-approved through our Certified Buyer Pre-Approval Program, and finance your home using one of our portfolio programs. We make that easy, too.

Our Portfolio Program loans are any loan products we hold ownership of and service. Loan products in our portfolio include 15 and 30-year fixed, 7/1 ARM, 10/1 ARM, Medical Professionals Loan Program, Construction Programs, Standard Portfolio, Advantage Portfolio and our affordable no or low down payment STAR Program. We also offer a 0.125% rate discount* on these loans!

  • The interest rate lock may be extended for up to an additional 30 days provided a subject property has been determined. Standard lock extension charges will apply.
