Rob Welshans

Bio

Rob has more than two decades of mortgage originating experience and specializes in first time homebuyer programs, government loans, and grant programs. Rob builds trusting relationships that help his clients recognize their dream of home ownership.

Rob earned his Bachelor’s degree with a major in Electrical Engineering and minors in Accounting and Finance from Shepherd University and is a member of the Pen-Mar Regional Association of REALTORS®. 

When he’s not working, Rob enjoys spending time with family, exercising, riding his motorcycle and fishing.
