Understanding that the financial aspects of home buying can be stressful and overwhelming, especially for first time homebuyers, Cathy spends quality time with her clients to guide them through the process from start to finish. 

Cathy assists clients before they ever make an offer on a property. She strives to help clients fully understand their budget and get a clear picture of the type of loan and an amount that is realistic for their financial situation.  

Cathy is a graduate of the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In her free time, Cathy enjoys gardening, cooking and spending time with her pets.
