With over 40 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Chip is a dedicated and knowledgeable Area Sales Manager and Builder Specialist on our Home Loans Team. His expertise in first-time homebuyer financing, construction-to-permanent loans, renovation financing and production builder loans makes him a trusted source for homebuyers and builders alike. Chip thrives on making the financing process simple and accessible and is most passionate about helping first-time homebuyers achieve homeownership.
Chip earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Richmond and holds a Virginia Real Estate License.
When he’s not working, Chip enjoys gardening, spending time at the beach, playing golf and skiing.
