Bio

Fisnik brings over 15 years of financial services experience to Atlantic Union Wealth Management. As a Wealth Banking Advisor, he manages a diverse portfolio of deposits while driving business development for the Wealth team and the bank. He works closely with Wealth Relationship Directors, Managers and the Credit Manager, as well as internal and external clients, to deliver an exceptional level of service and responsiveness. 

Fisnik began his career in retail banking as a Financial Service Advisor, progressing to Assistant Branch Manager before transitioning to Private Banking and ultimately Wealth Management. His deep experience across these roles has shaped his client-centered approach and strategic insight.

Passionate about building strong relationships and grounded in a commitment to integrity, Fisnik focuses on truly understanding his clients’ needs. By listening intently and offering sound financial guidance, he helps clients achieve their personal and business growth goals, which he finds incredibly rewarding.

Fisnik holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and an MBA, both from Virginia Commonwealth University. Born and raised in the European country of Kosovo, he moved to the United States in 1999 as a war refugee and has since made Richmond, VA his home.

Outside of work, Fisnik enjoys spending quality time with family, traveling, hiking, skiing and exploring different foods from around the world.
