Bio

Francisca Otero has over 20 years of experience in estate planning and estate and trust administration. Before joining Sandy Spring Trust, she worked for a boutique law firm. Francisca is a graduate of the University of Virginia and American University Washington College of Law. She is a member of the Virginia and Washington, D.C. bars and the Washington, D.C. Estate Planning Council. A native of Alexandria, Virginia, she now lives in Washington, D.C.
