Bio

As Trust Executive Director, Francisca Otero helps manage our post-mortem administration group. Formerly an estate planning attorney, Francisca brings over 20 years of experience in estate planning and estate and trust administration. She enjoys helping her clients implement their legacies.

Francisca holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia and J.D. from the American University Washington College of Law. She is a member of the District of Columbia and Virginia Bars.

A native of Alexandria, Virginia, she now resides in Washington, DC. When not assisting her clients, she enjoys traveling, reading, and dragon boating.
