Jay Tortona

Bio

Jay’s investment management experience spans over 25 years and includes investment management roles with major financial institutions. A former Portfolio Manager with Sandy Spring Trust, Jay developed, communicated and executed custom investment strategies for ultra-high net worth clients.

Jay holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designations and is a member of the CFA Society Washington, DC. He also is a graduate of the Investment Institute at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and has an MBA from Temple University. Jay also has a bachelor’s degree in general business from University of Maryland.
