Jen brings more than 20 years of mortgage lending experience, with most of her career focused on underwriting and operations management. Her primary areas of expertise include underwriting, operational development and process improvement. She takes a hands-on approach to leadership and closely monitors the pipeline to ensure her team reaches critical milestones on time. Jen's problem-solving philosophy is "all hands on deck," meaning everyone, from those supporting production to post-closing team members, remains dedicated to providing solutions throughout the process. She believes a successful experience for both the loan officer and borrower starts with understanding the human side of mortgage lending and putting the borrower's needs first.
