Bio
Kari is a seasoned Mortgage Loan Officer with more than 20 years of experience helping clients navigate the path to homeownership. She specializes in first-time homebuyers, jumbo loans, construction and renovation loans and self-employed borrowers.
A graduate of the University of Tennessee, Kari holds a bachelor’s degree in finance with a minor in marketing. Her deep knowledge of lending guidelines, market trends and regulations allow her to provide sound, strategic advice tailored to each client’s unique situation.
Kari is known for her strong customer service skills, attention to detail and commitment to building lasting relationships. Whether working with a first-time buyer or a seasoned investor, she ensures every client receives the same high level of service and clear communication throughout the loan process.
Outside the office, Kari enjoys spending time with her husband, three children and beloved pets. She loves working out, hiking, skiing, traveling, watching hockey and volunteering with local organizations. A fun fact: Kari was a dancer in her youth and performed in the 1998 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.
