Bio

I’m honored to serve as the Bank Operations Executive at Atlantic Union Bank. With over 40 years in the banking industry, I’ve held various senior and executive level positions, including Chief Credit Officer and Chief Operations Officer for Sandy Spring Bank.

Throughout my career, I’ve been committed to building relationships with clients and Teammates alike, because our collective success is rooted in trusted partnerships. I’m passionate about pursuing operational excellence through Teammate engagement, continuous process improvement and a laser focus on customer needs.

In addition to my work, it has been my honor to help shape the regional banking community. As Chair of the Maryland Bankers Association (MBA) from 2023 to 2024, I led the creation of the Mid-Atlantic Bankers Association through the merger of the MBA and the Virginia Bankers Association. This initiative enhanced advocacy efforts and operational efficiencies, benefiting member banks across the region.

Now serving as MBA Chair Emeritus, I am focused on mentoring the next generation of banking leaders. Investing in our future, banking leaders will help ensure the industry—and our communities—remain vibrant and forward-thinking.

Outside the bank, I enjoy playing golf and spending time with my family. I also actively support community initiatives, including Habitat for Humanity’s Women Build program.
