Bio
With over 15 years of mortgage experience, Andy is known for his thoughtful, solutions-focused approach and a genuine commitment to helping clients feel confident in the homebuying process. He works closely with each client to understand their goals, creating a clear path forward whether they’re purchasing their first home or expanding an investment portfolio.
Andy has a strong focus on working with self-employed borrowers and clients with variable income, as well as those financing investment properties. He also has experience with VA loans and down payment assistance programs, helping first-time buyers navigate what can often feel like an overwhelming process. He takes pride in finding creative solutions for more complex scenarios and making the process feel approachable from start to finish.
Outside of work, Andy is a surf instructor and spends as much time as possible on the water along the coasts of Virginia, Maryland and North Carolina. When he’s not surfing, he enjoys being on the beach with his wife and their golden retriever and stays active in the local surf community.
