Carlos brings over 25 years of mortgage experience to our Home Loans team. He is known for his commitment to providing exceptional, personalized service to ensure his clients feel supported every step of the way. He always wants to go the extra mile for his clients and makes himself available seven days a week to provide expert guidance.
Originally from Lima, Peru, Carlos has lived in the U.S. for more than four decades and is fluent in both English and Spanish. His bilingual communication skills, combined with his warm, approachable nature, make him a trusted partner for a wide range of borrowers. The moment that the buyers finish signing the closing documents and realize their dream home is really theirs is Carlos’s favorite thing about his job. He loves helping families make homeownership a reality and not just a dream.
Carlos specializes in FHA loans but also has deep expertise in all mortgage products and programs. He’s especially skilled at finding creative solutions for clients with unique challenges, helping them navigate the loan process with confidence.
Outside of work, Carlos has been married for nearly 40 years and is a proud father of three. He enjoys traveling, watching football and spending time with his dog.
