She takes pride in guiding her clients through the financing process with ease, offering simple, smart solutions for even the most complex transactions. She specializes in construction & renovation, first-time homebuyer, repeat-homebuyer and investment property financing.

A graduate of the University of South Carolina, Eva earned a degree in business administration with a concentration in economics and marketing. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, cycling and reading.
