Bio

John has over 30 years’ experience leading investment, financial planning and insurance organizations. He holds a Doctoral Degree from Wilmington University and a Master’s Degree from Saint Joseph’s University. John is a Certified Financial Planner^TM practitioner. John leads Financial Planning for Sandy Spring Trust.

John serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Personal Finance and is an Adjunct Associate Professor with the University of Maryland Global Campus. John and his wife Patricia live in Virginia.
