Bio

Jon brings over two decades of experience in the financial industry, mostly devoted to capital markets and lending solutions for builders and developers. As a Builder Specialist, he focuses on construction and custom-home financing, helping builders and their clients structure efficient funding for new construction and semi-custom projects.

Throughout his career, Jon has developed a deep understanding of how balance sheet lending and capital market programs can be aligned to support growth, manage risk and simplify the construction-to-permanent process. He takes pride in helping clients navigate the complexities of construction financing, from developing budgets and managing costs to keeping projects on track from start to finish.

Jon graduated from the University of Maryland and has an extensive background spanning banking, finance and private equity. His strengths lie in connecting financial insight to the real-world needs of builders and contractors. He understands the full construction cycle and knows how to bridge the gap between financial strategy and project execution.

When he isn't working, Jon continues to channel his passion for building by taking on personal construction and renovation projects.
