Michael Lowry

Bio

Michael is a Senior Loan Officer with over 35 years of experience in banking and loan origination. He received his undergraduate degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, and began his career in banking with a small, local bank in Virginia. Once he was introduced to the financial industry, Michael says he was hooked right away.

Michael is most passionate about working with first-time homebuyers. He finds a sense of joy in helping a client buy their very first home, and is elated when they return to him for future homebuying assistance. Michael was always taught to “listen twice as much as you speak.” He believes that not only listening, but hearing what your clients need is the best approach to being a great loan officer.

Away from the office, Michael enjoys visiting local wineries and loves learning about new wines. He enjoys going snow skiing, and is an avid collector of Hot Wheels cars.
