Norah Frazier, CTFA

Bio

Norah started her career as Trust Advisor after a decade of experience working as an attorney in several roles. She began her legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk for Judges on the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Office of Hearings and Appeals and the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims before moving on to the U.S. Small Business Administration, where she reviewed and monitored small business loans and grants for compliance.

Norah earned a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Anthropology from the University of Chicago and a Juris Doctor with Honors from Rutgers University School of Law. She lives in Damascus, MD with her husband and children and is an avid traveler and photographer.
