Bio

Scot brings more than 30 years of experience in financial services to his role as an SBA Lending Relationship Manager. He focuses on national business development, helping small businesses access the funding they need to grow and thrive.

In his position, Scot guides clients through the entire lending process—from networking and building referral partnerships to structuring loan proposals, conducting preliminary underwriting and packaging files for closing. Known for his deep knowledge of SBA rules and regulations, Scot works closely with borrowers to provide tailored financing solutions that help them achieve their business goals, including accessing working capital, debt refinancing, real estate acquisitions, business start-ups, business acquisitions and equipment purchases..

Clients value Scot’s accessibility, reliability and proactive approach. He views his work as more than just lending - he believes it’s about supporting small businesses, who are the driving force of the economy. He is most proud when he’s able to successfully fund loans that help entrepreneurs achieve their goals.

Scot holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Truman State University. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, CrossFit, history and travel. If he could be anywhere in the world, it would be on a Caribbean island relaxing.
