I'm passionate about finding ways to make banking simpler and smarter for every customer. In my 20+ year career in the finance industry, I have always been equally at home with operational details and big-picture strategic thinking. I leverage this horizontal, holistic understanding of banking in order to lead my team to new ways of considering – and improving – the customer experience.

I hold an MBA from The Ohio State University and volunteer in my free time to mentor young entrepreneurs.
