Tracey brings more than 30 years of financial services experience to Atlantic Union Financial Consultants (AUFC), where she serves as Sales Manager. She leads the recruitment, development and retention of high-performing advisors who partner with clients to achieve their long-term vision for success. She also advances the culture of AUFC, serving as one strong team through collaboration and shared purpose.
Known for her client-first approach, Tracey has successfully led advisor teams across multiple markets, consistently attracting top talent, maintaining low turnover and supporting specialized planning experiences for business owners and personal clients at all levels of wealth. Her results-driven leadership and commitment to advisor development have been recognized through multiple firm-wide coaching and performance awards.
A long-time Virginia resident, Tracey studied psychology at Virginia Tech and now lives in Charlottesville, Virginia with her husband. She enjoys spending time with their two sons, adventuring outdoors, traveling and playing music together in their band.
