Rappahannock Area Community Services Board (RACSB) has been providing critical mental health and other services to the Fredericksburg, VA area since 1970. To those individuals, or families, who are navigating mental illness, development issues, and substance use disorder, they offer critical programs and counseling to help them cope and thrive -- ranging from early intervention (for infants) to classes on mental health to support systems for those with disabilities and much more.
