Access NOW* is a way to put some money in your pocket while you wait for your Home Equity Line of Credit to close.
The Access NOW* loan allows you to borrow a portion of your approved credit limit right away and is paid off when you get your HELOC funds. It’s that simple.
- Borrow up to 50% of your approved HELOC credit limit or $50,000, whichever is less
- Balance plus interest paid off when HELOC closes
- Low rate with no processing fees or prepayment penalty

DISCLOSURES:
*Access NOW is an unsecured, short-term loan that is available for eligible customers that have been credit approved for a HELOC application and have a minimum score of 700. The maximum term is 90 days and the maximum loan amount is equal to 50% of the approved HELOC line amount or $50,000, whichever is lower. Subject to standard credit criteria.
