Access NOW* is a way to put some money in your pocket while you wait for your HELOC to close.

The Access NOW* loan allows you to borrow a portion of your approved credit limit right away and is paid off when you get your HELOC funds. It’s that simple.

  • Borrow up to 50% of your approved HELOC credit limit or $50,000, whichever is less
  • Balance plus interest is paid off when HELOC closes
