As a dedicated Mortgage Loan Officer for over 15 years, Cicely specializes in guiding clients through one of the most important financial decisions of their lives—homeownership. With strong communication skills and a passion for education, she takes pride in breaking down the mortgage process into clear, understandable steps. Whether you're a first-time homebuyer, a seasoned homeowner or a military veteran exploring VA loan options, Cicely’s goal is to ensure you feel confident and informed every step of the way.

Working closely with each client to identify the best loan products for their unique needs and financial goals, Cicely creates a personalized experience, offering hands-on support. Her commitment is to provide dedicated service to turn what can often feel like a stressful process into a smooth and rewarding journey.

When she isn’t assisting clients, Cicely loves staying active and healthy with Pilates and trying new Mediterranean recipes. She earned her bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Baltimore and continues to explore her passion for the past through genealogy and researching her family history. Cicely’s favorite moments are spent with loved ones — whether it’s singing karaoke, hitting the driving range, relaxing at a cabin in the winter or soaking up the sun at the beach in the summer.
