Chief Enterprise Services Officer and Chief of Staff

Bio

I lead our Enterprise Services team and serve as Chief of Staff to the President and the bank’s Operating Group. In that capacity, my team and I are responsible for managing various enterprise-wide services to include our business transformation office, marketing, corporate communications, customer experience and workplace and security management. We are a collection of subject matter experts that serve as internal consultants and strategists to the organization, helping build our brand and our business, while delivering a great experience for our customers and Teammates.

I joined Atlantic Union Bank in November 2016 after three years as the Head of Brand Marketing at Vonage, preceded by 16 years in various leadership roles at Capital One. I have a B.S. in Mass Communications from Virginia Commonwealth University, as well as executive education from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and University of Virginia Darden School of Business.

Outside of work, I have two passions in life. First is spending time with my family who make me smile every day. And, secondly, I love home improvement, including everything from framing to plumbing and electrical. Creating something from nothing provides me with an incredible sense of accomplishment.
