Atlantic Union Bank (AUB) is once again getting ready for the Ukrop's Monument Avenue 10k and the Atlantic Union Bank 10k mini! As a sponsor of the 10k mini, we are thrilled to once again cheer the children on as they run a mile-long race. For many of the children, it’s the first official run they've ever participated in! And it’s a great way for kids to participate in the Richmond tradition that is the Monument Avenue 10k.
As many of our AUB Teammates are getting together to prepare for the race, we’ve found joy in training as a team. Our Teammates have formed walking and running clubs to shake off the winter rust and welcome in spring at the 10k.
We cannot wait to see everyone out on Monument Avenue on April 20! Watching kids run the race with what seems like the entire Richmond community to support them is a special moment. Plus, they get a finisher’s shirt and medal for participating. Now is a great time to sign up and make the 10k a family affair!
