Building Skills & Careers: The 2025 AUB Enterprise Internship Program

The Atlantic Union Bank (AUB) Enterprise Internship Program is an important way for us to extend professional opportunities to students with a wide range of experiences from around the region and beyond. The program, now in its 8th year, provides talented students with exposure to different career and development opportunities, along with special events designed to help them in their career paths.

The 2025 AUB Internship Program hosted 11 students from a variety of institutions, including Virginia Commonwealth University, James Madison University, Virginia State University and others. The students worked in departments throughout the Bank, including Marketing, Consumer Banking, Enterprise Risk Management and more.

In addition to their roles, throughout the summer the interns also participated in a variety of special programming and events, including Breakfast with the CEO, volunteering with Feed More, a collaborative project with other interns and sessions on Personal Branding and Professional Etiquette.

The class of 2025 impressed their new Teammates not only with their work ethic and commitment to excellence, but also for their creativity and innovative ideas. Their insights and contributions have made us all better after the experience, and we can't thank them enough for spending the summer with us.

If you or someone you know is interested in applying for the 2026 AUB Enterprise Internship Program, more information will be posted on our Careers page in early 2026.
