Américo brings over 10 years of mortgage lending experience to his Reston-area clients, helping them make informed decisions through the purchasing or refinance process. Although well-versed in all facets of mortgages and available for any potential client, he especially enjoys working with first-time homebuyers. Says Américo: “I am passionate about helping families achieve the dream of home ownership. It makes me immensely happy to see them open the door to their new home.”
Born and raised in Peru – now making Northern Virginia his home – Américo holds a degree in Economics from the National University of Callao, Peru. In addition to English, he speaks fluent Spanish.
